Refund policy
In any case of receipt of damaged products, we require the customer to make a detailed 360 degree unboxing video of the parcel and share the same with us via email (email id has been mentioned on the website).
The video should be shot right from the beginning of opening the parcel, including the address on the top of the parcel, up until opening the bubble wrap/newspaper packaging of the product and thereby showing the damaged sides (broken sides) of the product clearly within the video.
The video should not be cut in the middle, should not be fast forwarded and should not be edited at all.
Once this video is received by our team on the email, our internal team will verify the claims put forth by the customer and once verified and confirmed, we will generate a refund of the total bill amount via phonepe to the customer. Kindly note amount will be refunded only for product after cutting packing and shipping charges which we incurred while sending parcel .
*Please note that slight colour variation due to digital photography and slight size variation are not considered as part of damaged goods. Slight scratch or minor bump also not considered as damage.
In any case of broken items, we will be following the protocol mentioned above.
